The Saint John Region Chamber of Commerce is currently accepting submissions from individuals interested in serving on our Board of Directors.
As the voice of business for Grand Bay-Westfield, Saint John, Rothesay, Quispamsis, and surrounding communities, the Chamber plays a critical leadership role in advocacy, economic development, and community building. Serving on the Board is an opportunity to help shape the economic future of our region.

We welcome submissions from leaders across all sectors and industries. We are seeking individuals with a range of skills and perspectives, including but not limited to:
• Governance and board experience
• Finance and audit oversight
• Legal expertise
• Economic development
• Economic development
• Trade and logistics ( ie: Transportation)
• Energy and industrial sectors
• Small business and entrepreneurship (ie: Hospitality, Retail)
• Technology and digital innovation
• Marketing and communications
• Human resources and workforce development

Expectations of Board Members
Board members are expected to:
• Attend regular Board meetings
• Serve on at least one committee
• Act as ambassadors for the Chamber
• Uphold fiduciary and governance responsibilities
• Support Chamber initiatives and events
Terms are governed by the Chamber’s By-Laws.
How to Submit
Interested individuals are invited to submit:
• A Letter of Intent outlining their interest in serving
• A Resume or Professional Biography
