The COVID-19 pandemic is a global crisis the likes of which we’ve never seen before.  Since the World Health Organization declared a pandemic on March 11th, 2020, many public and private sector organizations are experiencing an unprecedented amount of stress.  As governments work to position themselves and their economies to come out favourably at the end of this, businesses need to take action during this transitionary recovery period in order to set up the foundation for their future success in this new economy.
